I have a background in teaching yoga for over 10 years and a practice of 17 years. I am a certified teaching artist with Community Word Project’s TAP program and worked within the NYC school system and in the Zoom classroom as a Theater educator. I am a poet and a former member of the Oakland Slam Poetry team.
